For my recent stay at Kudos Business Suites & Airport Motel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. When I called to inquire about a reservation, they offered us a great price and even accommodated our family of four in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a well-appointed kitchen, along with good shampoo and soaps in the bathroom. They also provided a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. The location was close to the airport, restaurants, and motorways, making it easy for us to get around. Jerry, the manager, was incredibly helpful during our stay. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect for us, as it was right next door to where our workshop was being held and not far from the airport. Despite being close to a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful all night. The room was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The heat pump air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were also wonderful, providing great service and making us feel welcome. we had a fantastic experience here.

While this place was great in many aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. The location was not within walking distance of any main shops, and there weren't many options for dinner nearby.

on arrival we were told our internet booking had failed! fortunately there was one room left otherwise we would have had the inconvenience of driving around to find alternative accommodation.

The manager kept in touch by text with changes to the booking. We were arriving just after midnight so the unit was left open for us and the lights were on which made it very welcoming. The breakfast supplied for us was more than adequate. The apartment was spacious and the decor was modern and comfortable.

This hotel was really convenient as it was close to the airport and was situated in a commercial area. The parking space was really good and the facilities were excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Taxi charges you $nz40 even though its only a $10 ride due to some stupid law!!! Hotel was not near any food shops or restaurants.

Spacious and fully equipped apartments for extended stays. These apartments had modern decor and were well appointed inside. The location was also convenient and close to the airport, with a nearby shopping center. A continental breakfast was provided, along with fresh milk, coffee, and juice.

The apartments lacked the customer service and availability of a traditional hotel or motel. Reception was only available during certain hours and there was no after-hours service.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated the small details like fresh bread and breakfast foods that were provided. The parking facilities were great and conveniently located in front of the units. there were convenience stores nearby which made our stay even more comfortable.

The area where the apartment was situated wasn't very relaxing and had a lot of road noise. It is not a great location for a relaxing holiday, but more suitable for business or trade travelers.

The location was very convenient, only a short distance from the airport. There were a handful of options for food and shopping nearby. The rooms were quite spacious and had everything needed for a short stay.

The staff was not very friendly or accommodating.
